The Court hit UTAG with the GHS3000 cost and further adjourned the lawsuit to Wednesday, August 19, 2021.
UTAG members are requiring the restoration of a 2012 Single Spine Salary Structure agreement that would recognize entry-level lecturers earn the cedi match of $2,084 monthly.
The NLC on August 6 secures an interlocutory order from the court to oblige UTAG to call off their strike which commenced on Monday, August 2, 2021.
